Thunderbirds use strong third period to take impressive game on victory over Blazers
The Seattle Thunderbirds opened up the Western Conference Finals with a game one victory against the Kamloops Blazers, thanks in large part to the three-goal third period that helped the Thunderbirds pull away. After an early goal against, Seattle goaltender Thomas Milic was able to lock in and secure the net.

The Mariners played one of their more complete games to date, and picked up a needed victory.
