The Mariners played two games today as they had a split squad Saturday, unfortunately falling in both games that they played. On the road, the team fell to the San Francisco Giants and at home they fell to the Arizona Diamondbacks

In their Spring Training game against their divisional rival, the Oakland Athletics, our Seattle Mariners proved heavily victorious in a 15-3 win at the Peoria Sports Complex. Starting catcher Cal Raleigh slammed a three-run homer in the victory, and tallied three runs of his own.

Sounders and LAFC battle to intense draw in early season showdown
In an intense week four matchup, the Seattle Sounders hosted the reigning MLS Champion LAFC that ultimately ended in a goal-less draw. Seattle and their visitors traded near miss chances throughout the course of the 90 minutes and extra time, with the standings points being split at the end of the day.

The Seattle Seawolves moved to 4-0 on the season for the first time in their franchise history, as they pulled away from a close score at halftime to end in a 12 point victory. The Seawolves saw their winning formula continue, and it has them looking like the top team in MLR through four weeks.
Sea Dragons building momentum, getting first win at home and second overall with 15-6 grinder over Brahmas
The Seattle Sea Dragons seem to be finding their winning formula, as their defense locked up the San Antonio Brahmas as Ben DiNucci and Morgan Ellison helped grind out enough points for a victory. Several offensive players for Seattle lead the league in statistical categories, while the defense has been underrated until this point.
Kraken fall in another tight battle, as Stars shine through in overtime
In another tight, heartbreaking loss, the Seattle Kraken fell to the Dallas Stars in overtime. The first of two games the teams will play in three days and of three games this month, Seattle hung with Dallas all night long and even took a lead with less than four minutes left in the game, but failed to slam the door shut.
Thunderbirds pull away late, thanks in part to Jared Davidson hat trick, to beat Americans
The Seattle Thunderbirds pulled away late to defeat divisional rival Tri-City Americans, 6-3, as the regular season continues to draw to a close. Forward Jared Davidson tallied a hat trick in the win, moving him within one goal of 100 goals as a Thunderbird.
Kraken nearly mount fierce comeback, cannot overcome self-inflicted mistakes in 5-4 loss to Senators
The Seattle Kraken saw their five game winning streak end Thursday, as the visiting Ottawa Senators were able to take advantage of Seattle’s suspect defense within the first ten minutes. The Kraken were able to battle back, but not finish as Ottawa scored the go-ahead goal in the final minutes.
Kraken handle business against Ducks, but not before tempers flare
The Seattle Kraken returned home to Climate Pledge Arena, hosting their divisional rivals the Anaheim Ducks. Seattle was able to handle the result relatively calmly, but tempers between the Pacific Division rivals flared in the third period and ultimately resulted in Vince Dunn leaving the game due to concussion protocol.
Seattle’s sports success is here to stay, as youth across all teams inspires hope that should transcend into the future
Considering Seattle’s current professional sports success (5 of 8 teams having made the playoffs in 2022-23 at the time of this being published), there is a great amount of youth on the teams. That youth should help the team continue it’s success for years, and hopefully decades, to come.
