UW Softball Headed to Fayetteville, Set to Make 32nd Consecutive NCAA Regional Appearance

#22 UW Softball Earns Sixth Straight Run Rule Victory With 11-3 Result Over Seattle U
The Washington Husky softball team hosted cross-town rivals Seattle University for their 2026 home opener, rolling to a 11-3 victory after a chaotic first inning saw them trail early. The Huskies got strong performances throughout the lineup, using “team offense” to push past the Redhawks for a win ahead of their conference home opener.
#25 UW Softball Battles With #1 Texas but Can’t Hold On Late in Loss
In their third game of the UTSA Invitational, Washington Husky softball battled hard in a back and forth contest against top-ranked Texas, but ultimately a late explosion from the Longhorns dealt UW their second loss of the 2026 season.
