Maple Leafs trounce flailing Kraken, 5-1 as Seattle continues to fall in standings
Ending their home schedule in the month of February, the Seattle Kraken were thoroughly dominated by the Toronto Maple Leafs in a 5-1 dismantling. The Kraken scored the first goal of the night early, but that only seemed to awaken the visiting Maple Leafs.

Kraken trounced by Maple Leafs in 6-2 loss
Things would not be romantic for the Seattle Kraken on Valentines day, 2022 as they were handily blown out by the Toronto Maple Leafs. Seattle struggled heavily on their specialty teams play, failing to get much going on their power play. On the other side of things, the Maple Leafs were able to take advantage of that as Toronto scored both times on two power play opportunities.
