Thunderbirds extend winless streak to eight despite standout performance in net from Ratzlaff
For a second straight night, the Seattle Thunderbirds got into a hole early against their opponent, and while they were able to find a late push, it wasn't enough as this time the Everett Silvertips got the best of their rival to the South.

Thunderbirds late push not enough to overcome penalty riddled contest in loss to Royals
The Seattle Thunderbirds, in their second game of a three-game homestand, dropped a frustrating and penalty riddled game against the Victoria Royals. With a few positives, including scoring on the power play four times and seeing the penalty kill eliminate five of six man advantage opportunities, Seattle couldn’t overcome an odd game that had it’s pace derailed but the number of penalties called in it.
