Snapping their skid: Kraken shutout Panthers behind strong performances from Daccord, Yamamoto, Bellemare
The Seattle Kraken, playing the 4th game of a 6 game homestand, finally snapped their 8-game losing streak. Seattle was able to limit Florida's dangerous chances, got big production from their fourth line, and saw goaltender Joey Daccord record his first NHL shutout in the victory.

Kraken beat Panthers in game of the year candidate
The Seattle Kraken were able to put together a game of the year candidate, defeating the heavily favored Florida Panthers by two goals for a final score of 5-3. Kraken goaltender Philipp Grubauer was excellent considering circumstances, and Seattle was able to get the offensive input needed to beat the juggernaut that is Florida.
