UW Football Set to Host 2026 Mock Game, Fan Fest in Late August

Seattle, WA - Coming off a nine-win season and a blowout victory over Boise State in the “Bucked Up LA Bowl Hosted by Gronk,” the University of Washington football team is getting closer to its 2026 season and year three of the Jedd Fisch era. The first big event that helps get fans into the swing of things is Fan Fest, taking place on August 22nd at Husky Stadium.
Formerly known as “Raise the Woof,” the premier Husky Football event of the summer starts at 4:30 PM PDT on that late August Saturday, with the program promoting “more engaging” opportunities for Season Ticket Holders. Yard games, a performance from the Husky Band and Cheer, bouncy houses, giveaways, face painting, and more are some of the highlights of what will be available for fans prior to an intrasquad scrimmage.
Tickets to the event are just $5, available for purchase at GoHuskies.com/FBTickets. The mock game itself is free, with seating opening on the 100 level of the stadium on a first-come, first-served basis. Fans can reserve a maximum of 12 General Admission tickets by clicking here. The club and suite levels will not be accessible during this event. Those who purchase tickets to Fan Fest also receive admission to the mock game, and it’s hard to beat the price of just five dollars for all of the events taking place that afternoon.
In addition to the football team being present before their mock game, student-athletes from other Husky programs and everyone’s favorite live mascot, Dubs, will be present during the festivities.
Fans will be able to meet the 2026 roster, hear directly from head coach Jedd Fisch, and get closer than ever for photos and autograph opportunities. Food vendors will be on hand, while food and beverage concessions will be open on the concourse following Fan Fest.
After Fan Fest concludes, everyone will be able to watch as the program hosts a mock game at Husky Stadium, set to kick off at 6:30 PM. This contest will be the first opportunity for fans to see the program in action since their blowout win over the Boise State Broncos in last year’s bowl game down at SoFi Stadium, as the Huskies will be participating in a full-speed intrasquad scrimmage.
Following the conclusion of the mock game, fans are encouraged to stick around to get on the field for more photo and autograph opportunities with their favorite Husky Football student-athletes.
Notes on the event from the program
Entry is limited to the SE stadium gate, open at 4:20 p.m.
A Husky Team Store pop-up will be open, offering the latest and best UW gear for the season.
Seating will be picnic-style, and fans are encouraged to bring a blanket and find a space to sit and relax on the field as you enjoy music and festivities.
Guests will pay food vendors directly should they wish to purchase any food or snacks.
Paid parking will be available through the Pay-By-Phone app in Husky Stadium and neighboring lots on a first-come, first-served basis. Get your tailgate setup ready!
Be in your seats for the team tunnel walk, runout in purple smoke, and Sound the Siren, followed by a full-speed intrasquad scrimmage.
Husky Stadium will enforce a no-re-entry and clear bag policy.
